As per our Terms of Service [ToS], all purchases of virtual currency and in-game items are final and are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable.

However, we understand that every individual case is different and as such, it will be carefully considered by our Support Team. Having the purchased currency available in your account inventory is not a guarantee of a refund, but it will be required for consideration.

• Date and time of purchase
