We do NOT currently transfer in-game currency or items from one Kabam account to another, even if the requested transfer involves two accounts on the same game. Real-money purchases or in-game transactions made with a specific account are applicable only to that account and that particular game.
Although we do not perform these types of transfers, there are some other options available to you.
Real-Money Purchases
We may be able to refund eligible purchases of paid in-game currency with real money so that you may purchase them again on a separate account of your choosing.
If the purchase in question was for a standard paid in-game currency package (ex. Peter Parker’s Wallet in Marvel: Contest of Champions), we may be able to provide a refund.
If the purchase was for an offer, we may be able to extend that offer.
When contacting us, be sure to provide as much information about the purchase as possible.
In-Game Transactions
We may be able to reverse in-game transactions made with paid in-game currency under certain circumstances.
I recently made an accidental purchase on the wrong account:
We understand that every individual case is different. As such each will be considered carefully by our Kabam Support team. Having the purchased currency available in your account inventory is required to move forward, however, it is not a guarantee of a transfer

- Test 123 with link
- Date and time of the purchase
- Account where you made the purchase (Where it is)
- Account where you intended to make the purchase (Where it should go)
