What should I do if I have unauthorized transactions?
We do not store or have access to any of your credit card information.
Our game is fully compliant with both Apple and Google policies, and as such, payment transactions are completed via your personal email address associated with that account via Apple's App Store or Google Play (depending on your device).
Purchases in the game are not possible without the player's direct consent and approval. If you have any questions about a transaction or want to report suspected fraud, please contact your bank to report the charges and then contact Apple or Google directly by following the instructions below:
For Google (Android) devices:
Visit Google Support to report the matter to Google. We advise setting a password for your purchases to avoid unauthorized transactions. You can set a password for authentication of purchases by following the steps here.
For Apple (iOS) devices:
Visit Apple Support and select the option that fits you best.
